IPAM Service Account Privileges

Mark's answer is correct however I would like to add few more details:

Our services run by default under Local System account and website app pool runs under Network service account.

Local System has highest privileges on system and that’s the only configuration we’re testing.

Any changes to that (creating new account for services to run under) might lead to permission issues (we have seen that before) and I you are doing this only on own risk.

But you should be OK establishing read access to everything and write access to c:\programdata\solarwinds\
