Cant add a subnet

when i go to add a subnet about 25% of the time i cant add one because the save box is greyed out.  i also noticed every time this happened the scan every X, slider has been replaced with an entry field

9/10 times hitting cancel and clicking the add subnet button again fixes the problem

IE 8.0.6001.18702

i will test with firefox 3.0.9

seems on the app side since it is random, its happening now and i cant add a subnet at all

i will attach a screenshot this time

i am at a standstill with IE, FF seems to work fine.  i will continue adding subnets with FF and report any problems here.
