We have installed and configured our solarwinds with HA setup. We've tested the failover and it seems to work just fine. We can access the standby server without any problem, data is still there and all functionality seems to be ok. However, we are receiving this popup notification every time we change view to other pages saying "having problem contacting/connecting to database" (cant remember the exact message, but it has something to do with the DB). Good thing is that i have captured the more details of the error message. kindly refer on the attachment.
Noticed as well that the "HA availability Status is Partially Operational". Although all the services are running properly and seems the function is working fine.
Anyone experience the same? can share what is this about?

The error in your screenshot is an internal server error (500). Is the menu bar appearing correctly, or are you seeing any broken widget/resources on the page?
I would also recommend that you change the website settings to reflect the URL you use to access the Orion web console. [Settings > All Settings > Web Console Settings > ORION WEB SERVER ADDRESS]
