New Free Tool - Call Detail Record Tracker

SolarWinds has just released our newest free tool, Call Detail Record Tracker, to make it easier for you to quickly view call detail records and see the relevant MOS score.  With Call Detail Record Tracker you can:

  • Retrieve call detail records from Cisco CallManager 7.x and 8.x
  • Load up to 48 hours of CDR data
  • Search, filter, and sort call detail records

To get started with Call Detail Record Tracker, you simply point to the FTP server where you store your CDRs, enter your credentials, and let the tool know how far back you want to retrieve CDRs (up to 48 hours):

Once your CDRs have been retrieved, you can search, filter, and sort based on call origin, call destination, call status, termination cause, call quality, and call time:

  • same issue here, even though I can see the files on the system

  • I have installed and configured this tool on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. When I click the "Test" button it comes back with "Test Successful!" but when I click the Search tab I see "There is no CDR data returned from server." If Iclose the app and relaunch it, I get "No data available. Go to 'Setting' to change time frame and try again or click 'Load data' to try again with your same settings.

I have verified that there are records on this server in the location I have specified. Any suggestions?

    Thank you.
