config viewer not working

When using Cisco Config Viewer, I input the IP of the cisco router and add the correct RW community and get: "Running or Startup Config in NVRAM" dialog box, I tried choose any of  them but I get an error stating, "Transfer failed.  no configuration available on the router."  any one can help?

i`m using ver 11

This might be due to firewall settings. Could you please turn off the firewall settings (including public and private profiles) in your machine and try downloading the configs.

Same issue here -- using latest version of Toolset -

Config Download works just fine... Config Viewer fails on downloads and uploads.
