Publish Bandwidth Monitor from Orion

Hello Everyone, I have an issue that we can't figure out.

Last week we were running Orion 2017 and we had a interface bandwidth monitor published on our Intranet site.

I am no Internet coding expert and am pretty green with the workings of Orion.

We upgraded our Orion system to 2019 which included moving the SQL database from 2012 SQL to 2016 SQL. Then I installed Orion 2019 on a new 2016 Windows server. Everything went pretty good following the upgrade documentation provided by Solarwinds.

But now our Bandwidth monitor we had published on on our Intranet site is broke. I opened a ticket with Solarwinds and they only directed me to some documents and posts on THWACK.

I followed the documents but it still doesn't work.

Here are the documents Solarwinds tech-support sent me.

How to restrict access to views
https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-to-restrict-access-to-views

Create a custom view for a specific device type
https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Create-a-custom-view-for-a-specific-device-type

Limit an Orion Web Console user account to a custom view
https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Limit-an-Orion-Web-Console-user-account-to-a-custom-view

I followed these which wasn't the simple to start not understanding what a view is or how to use it.

Has anyone out there done what I am looking at doing?

And by the way we can't use the Bandwidth Monitor in the Toolset because it only works when someone is logged on the server. We don't have a direct login we only RDP in the server with our own AD creds. When we are done we log off.

thank you for your time and assistance.
