How to upgrade Toolset from v7.22 to v9.01

I would like to know if there are any extra steps if I would like to upgrade the Toolset from v7.22 to v9.01 in different server.

You will need to upgrade to v 8 first then to v 9-

How about the steps for upgrading from v7 to v8 to different server?

Are they the same as from v8 to v9?

Upgrade to v 8 first, then migrate-
