Orion Web Console Search Function

Why should you need power to Manage Nodes to search for one?

As a major retail organization, we have many users that need to quickly and easily locate a specific device within Orion, but do not need the ability to Manage Nodes.

We propose that a search function outside the scope of "Manage Nodes" is needed and necessary for major enterprises like ours.

  • EOC 2.0 Provides this functionality in 2 ways.  The new Enterprise Summary Tiles can be customized to highlight status and alerts in a number of different ways.  Drilling down via the status icons or entity numbers will provide pre-filtered lists within the Asset Explorer.  Below is an example:

    The Enterprise Operations Console also contains a built in search available via the navigation bar:
