New EOC but screen doesn't refresh.

What browser are you using?

I have tried IE 8, Google Chrome 15.0, and Firefox 8.0.  It looked like IE tried to refresh once but then did try anymore.

In that list, only IE 8 is supported in the current version of EOC. The complete list of supported browsers is in KB3218. We should have much broader browser support (including support for Chrome) in the next release.

That said, I'm not entirely sure your browser is the problem, since you seem to be having similar issues across supported and non-supported browsers. However, if you'd like to try earlier versions of IE and/or Firefox, that might be a good place to start as we wait for others to reply.

Thanks for the info.  I watch the IE and saw that it was supposedly refreshed once but the time didn't change and it didn't show the new events from the other servers.  After that it didn't look like it refreshed.

Are you running the latest service pack for EOC 1.3? I'm not sure if that will fix your issue either, but when you mentioned the time not changing, it reminded me of this thread:

I guess I will need to open a support ticket.  I updated to 1.3 SP1 with Hotfix 2 and still no luck on refreshing.

Upon opening a support ticket would you please post back here with the ticket # and any answers you receive from support?

I opened a case thru the portal.  No response just yet.  Case #286480 - "Screen not refreshing"

Ok.  Here's an update from my observations.  IE6 works fine with updating every 2 minutes.  IE 8 updates every 30 minutes or so.  FF8 updates every 30 min or so as well.  I had installed Hot Fix 2 already.  Support requested diagnostics which I have sent in.
