I am completely new to the Report Writer in npm so please forgive me if my question seems trivial or is otherwise incomplete. I am not sure if I need to use custom properties or if there are existing fileds I can utilize for this. Please let me know if you need more information or if I need to clarify anything.
I am in need of some help generating reports for WAN link availability.
Here is what the reports need to consist of:
1. Primary WAN link monthly availability from site A to site B.
2. Secondary/Failover link availability from site A to Site B.
3. Report also needs to be in a comparative graph format. A bar graph showing primary link availability for the past month and right beside it another graph showing availability of the fail over/secondary link.
