Dameware Remote Support w/ Proxy & MRC

When I connect to a user over the Internet using the Internet Proxy and MRC using a centralized remote support server, I can connect fine but I can't run anything as administrator. 

When I click to install a program and it requires elevated privileges, the screen starts flashing black and white constantly. There's nothing I can do at that point until the user on the remote end hits Cancel on the dialog prompt. 

Is there a setting I have to change to make this work?
