Hello All.
I have an issue with new version of DW Support Tools. We migrated from version 9 to 12.1 .
My account has admin rights on all workstations.
The previous version allowed me to run all modules without entering any credentials.
When I open the newest version of RemoteSupport only Event Log module requires to Enter Network Password to reach to Remote Machine.
Do you know how to setup Remote Support Tool to avoid this Credentials Prompt?
