Make it available on the web admin side to contact the agent to retrieve updated info

As it was told to me by customer support its a security concern for the agent to have write to the web admin portal. i would suggest having somewhere in the admin portal for it to contact agents if they are online and gather updated info such as name and ect. Make it only available when the admin/ user with proper permissions is in there the initiate it.
