I am upgrading our DPA to 11.1.457 from 10.0.352 where initially everything went fine, but coming to the end got an error message on two pop up windows. The error messages on pop up windows as follows as:
KeyAccess -- " The network keyserver, which is required by this program, didnot respond. Please check the network connection and try opening the program again"
" The setup was unable to automatically close all requested applications. please ensure that the applications holding fies in use are closed before continuing with the installation"
I would like to know what mistake exactly I made and also how to debug this errors.
