I have had this really odd issue with DPA and users being able to login. I have an active directory connection setup and manage access into DPA with these groups. From time to time users cannot login to DPA at all - I just had the issue myself - where DPA can't query AD so no one can login. I go in and after a few attempts will login with a SQL account to get into DPA then setup the active directory connection and then people can login. There seems to be no rhyme or reason and just checking to see if anyone else has this issue at all.
