With Embedded configuration we are able to send mail, But I am not able to receive it.
Can you check with DPA team that which domain need to be whitelisted on our mail server, So we can receive emails.

Recommendation is to use your company email server.
Can you log an internal ticket in your company or contact your exchange folks? They should be able to help you with the correct entries to use company email.
Using embedded means we'll try to leverage the mail executables on the server where DBA is installed. There may be FW rules that need to be pushed, local mail server configuration, etc.
Also, using embedded may just not scale to what you need (thus the recommendation above).
