What does this mean exactly? I've been SCP certified since the "relaunch" in 2017 and have never been "recognized as an SCP member within the support system and provided with an enhanced support experience" when calling SolarWinds support.

When a person becomes SCP certified we put their SCP status in our records. After that, as an SCP certification holder, our support team can assume that an SCP has completed all basic troubleshooting steps and reports. This saves time by skipping the fundamentals and diving right in to their issue or moving to faster escalation if needed.
