SAM SCP Exam Issues

Has anyone taken the SAM SCP exam within the last month or so from home using PSI Online Exams? I have tried twice but when launching the exam, I receive the following error message:

The bean encountered a non-application specific exception;

nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException

I've spent hours on the phone with PSI Online support without resolution. I've tried from a laptop running Mac OS Mojave, from a laptop running Windows 10 and from a machine running Windows 7. All of them pass the WebDelivery Compatibility Check. Each time, the error message is the same. I have even tried using a different network but no joy. Help!

yea its weird glitch.... I tried taking the exam last saturday for NPM and got the error, PSI didnt tell me whether issue was fix or not but they did supply me exam code to retry the exam, i will take…

I took one on the 16th of the month and had no issues using windows 10/chrome

hello. was there a fix for this issue ? I am getting the same issue when I launch the NPM scp... very frustrating, still trying to reschedule my exam....with little no support from PSI.

I received a reply from PSI on 2/28/2019 that the issue had been resolved but I have not tried taking the exam again. PSI support is super frustrating. Ultimately, it was Nanette reaching out to them that got a response for me.

I was able to take the exam without issue! I also before the exam, i actually shut off all my google extensions/apps beside the require extension, not sure if that help but i had ad block etc.
