THWACK Monthly Mission - November 2020

For many of us, November marks the start of the time of year filled with celebrations. For the THWACK® community, though, it’s an extra-special month because we welcome one of the most joyous of occurrences: THWACKcamp™! For 9 years, members of THWACK—along with the wider world of monitoring mavens and IT professionals—have come together for two days of learning, sharing, and virtual camaraderie.

It’s only fitting for this November Monthly Mission to be all about THWACKcamp. Every day this month, you’ll be quizzed on your knowledge of THWACKcamp past and present. Between now and the big event (Nov 12 – 13; register now!) we’ll see how much you know about THWACKcamp in general and what you remember from previous years. But halfway through the month, we’ll switch it up and see how well you paid attention THIS year, with questions highlighting conversations from the best THWACKcamp yet.

If you’re new to the SolarWinds® and THWACKcamp family or you simply don’t like tests, quizzes, or brainteasers, we want to ease your concerns. Every question comes with a hint to point you in the right direction. And of course, you can always ask the incredible THWACK community for help!

We’re excited to see everyone participate in the penultimate THWACK mission for 2020, to read your comments and feedback each day, and—of course—to see you at the big event itself.

NOVEMBER MISSION

Use the mission’s resources to complete the tasks and answer the questions for a chance to win!

Correctly answer each question during the week and you'll be entered for a chance to win the weekly prize.

Correctly answer all 20 questions over the course of the month and you'll be entered for a chance to win the grand prize.

150 points are being awarded for each correctly answered question. There are 20 questions, which means you can earn a maximum of 3,000 points for this mission.

@yumdarling - I note all the sessions for THWACKCamp are listed as CDT... as a consequence  this will make the vast majority of sessions outside of my work day. As I am also a foster carer to 2 young babies, when at home (hah, I mean when no longer working at home) I have zero time to myself to log back in on my personal time.

So, question.. are all the sessions to be recorded so that those of us in diverse time zones can also benefit from this camp?

I care for two kids at home (all dang day) too, so I feel your pain.
