You'll be contacted by us via email if you were one of the first 50.

DanielleH I never got this screen bummer. The survey just kept looping me around in circles. Is it possible to see if my results got logged or am I SOL?

When should we expect the email? (Or will you post that all winners have been notified?) Or will we have to wait with bated breath forever and a day not knowing if we are worthy...

Level 12

Just as a heads up. Winner's should have been notified by e-mail already. Check that spam folder just in case as well. If nothing, no worries, there's always stuff like this going on throughout the year!

Level 11

I thought it was already sent out because of the post above.

Hmmm... guess I missed it.  Did anyone get an email that's what I want to know or who did?  You can post here so we can see...

Level 10

ecklerwr1 I completed the survey almost 2.5 hours later, was the 7th commenter on this thread, and never got an e-mail.  Assuming I was not in the first 50.

Level 9

Done....thank you

Have they been notified.   My deleted items are only good for 14 days then are purged....

Hi everyone! As Marcos mentioned above, if you were one of the first 50 we sent you an email and you should have received the gift card already in the email provided on the survey. We appreciate all the feedback!

Level 10

Agreed. Even my comment was in Top 30 I guess but never got an e-mail.
May be there are few people who have completed it and never commented on thread.

Something that dawned on me after I thought, like others, that I was in the first 50 is that not everyone who completed the survey posted a "Done" or "Completed" in the thread here.  Marcos told me in a PM that there were a TON of replies as soon as the question came out.

Level 8

I havent received any email, am I in the top 50?

This one was from Dec 2018 but things like this come up a fair bit so just keep a look out.

Done, then realized this survey is old.

Same here... ran the race to complete when the race was over 2 months ago... should have noticed the race course was empty...

Level 10

* A year and 2 months.

Level 12

Only takes one to put it on the 'recently updated content' dashboard.

Can't posts be locked for comments after a certain amount of time?

Yeah... completely missed the 2018 part ... and the fact that I filled it out on 11/26/18... and now 1.167 months later SMH

About the Author
My IT career started in what I feel was the best place for anyone wanting to be exposed to everything that they can when working in IT, the Help Desk. The job was challenging but also rewarding in being able to connect to people while working with technology. Helping clients with their issues while helping them to understand technology was a great way to help educate them and not just put a bandage on their concerns. I moved into workstation support where I was able to continue the rapport I encouraged with the employees I supported but was able to expand my knowledge to be supportive beyond being a technician. The experience with customers and ability to work with people as well as my skills brought me to my current position which at first was a 'behind the curtain' type of job. It has now developed into a larger world to be able to provide insight into the technology that people support or build applications and products. Its a unique opportunity to be at the ground floor in any endeavor.
