[SURVEY] End User Experience Monitoring

Do you monitor the experience your users receive in the applications they access over the network?  If you don't today, would you be interested in doing that in the future?  Do your users frequently complain of performance problems with teleconference tools like Webex and Zoom or SaaS websites?
