We're doing some research to understand how IT professionals troubleshoot incidents to identify root cause. We’re interested in learning about the resources and tools you use, how you collaborate with teammates and what types of problems you encounter. If you are involved in the troubleshooting process, check out our survey.

You must be a current SolarWinds customer and located in the U.S. to take the survey. We’ll ask you a few questions at the beginning of the survey to make sure you’re a right fit. Even if you don’t qualify to take the entire survey, you will still get 250 thwack points!

Sorry about this! Spammers have been taking the survey and counting towards the overall survey completes. This causes the "maximum number reached" message to appear.

This is really weird… I’ve never had a spammer issue with surveys before. Do you mind if I look at the data? I think there is a security setting to block this.

The reason for the error you're getting is that the survey has already been closed -- it was meant to run only for a week.  Please, see reply from maria.bungau stating this about 4 days ago.

I am a bit confused.  Why can't I see the 250 points listed under the Reputation-->Activity tab?  I searched and searched but could not find any entries for 250 points anywhere.  Again, maybe I am missing something or looking in the wrong place.  Thanks again.

I get your confusion. The thing is that points awarded manually, like in the case of this survey (or monthly missions), don't appear in the reputation tab. You can see there only those points you receive automatically for different activities performed on the forum (like commenting, voting on an idea). Hope this makes sense.
