We are currently looking for 4-5 users who fall in the criteria listed below and would be willing to participate in a User Experience session - which awards 2,000 thwack points and you get to work with some really awesome SolarWinds folks on behind-the-scenes concepts!

Does this sound like you?

• I use 1-3 Orion products
• I have not upgraded my products OR I've only upgraded them once or twice
• I work for a smaller to midsize company
• I recently started using SolarWinds products within the last 18 months or so*

*This is not required but preferred.

I'm only using NPM and NCM atm, started using these products in May (due to a brand new job, in which i have very limited experience ), upgraded NCM and NPM with the help of a SolarWinds tech in the Philippines, and I work for a college . Not sure if that is good enough to be considered for the position, but I love to participate in the Thwack community and SUPER excited to see the new UI i've heard rumored in a few other threads

I would like to participate since I have been using SolarWinds for a bit but have been tasked to administrate solarwinds for the entire organization and look into upgrading (first experience for me). I know some basic concepts but would like to learn a lot more.

I would like to participate in this program I am trying to help setup our orion software because we own it and no one in the department has taken ownership of it and it is not currently being used to a significant degree. We use the NPM and the bandwidth monitor along with the network atlas. We are a small school district. I have only recently started using the product in the last four or five months.

using LEM since May.  We have other Orion products that is used by our Engineer but I am very new to this and LEM is the first product that I have been working regularly. I certainly will participate if given a chance.

New to MISD and to Solar Winds. (1 month)   MISD has been using Solar Winds for years.  I come from a data center hardware background so I'm not sure if this would be helpful to me but I am open to getting my hands around this tool.  Interested in EOC.
