IP SLA

I would like to create an alert that would when the LATENCY CRITICAL Threshold is breached.

These are the setting for the IP SLA.

How would this be possible?

For example

The IP SLA Latency reports 268 ms that would trigger an alert because it is greater then the critical level of 260 ms.
