Morning all
Does Solarwinds have the ability to send its emails out and have each email contain a watershed mark or an unique identifier for that email?
Reason being I'm done some automation of alerts into our call log system (Service Now), the next step for me is to get the "Cleared" alert emails to populate the incident that has been created. I can do it on the Service Now side but wasn't sure Solarwinds can place this information into its email. cheers all.
