I've been getting this error quite frequently when working in the ARM Configuration dashboard. Specifically, when making changes within the 'Data Owner Configuration' section.
When it happens it stalls out my session for a second or two and I lose any progress i've made. I've been getting around it by closing out my ARM Configuration dashboard session and opening a new one. I'd be interested to know why this keeps happening though as it's starting to hamper my ability to work.
