ARM Diagnostic

Did anyone use the ARM Diagnostic tool. If I run a diagnostic I end up with an empty zip file.

If someone cares: The support found out that the diagnostic tool ist not running if the UAC is enabled. If I run the tool as administrator it is working as expected.
