How long does it take to mail certificate and badge?

Dear THWACK

I have passed my SCP on 31st March 2023 and still awaiting for Certificate and Badge. I have sent two reminder mails to certificate@solarwinds.com as well, but no reply, the longest time I have been waiting for certificate ever, while other vendors like cisco/juniper/microsoft provides certificate and badge within 48 hours.

As we mentioned in an earlier post, we are changing digital badge vendors and have reissued badges within the new system (Credly). You will receive emails for current badges and when you log into your account in Credly, you should see expired badges as well.

We should have those moved over this week or early next week. There were some expiration dates we needed to double check before the transfer.
