SolarWinds Certified Professional: Results not yet sent

Digital badges are awarded within 3 business days of passing an exam. You will receive an email with details on accessing the badge.
The email used will be the one associated with your exam registration and results. MyHealthAtVanderbilt Help
If you didn't receive your digital badge, please check your junk folders and contact SolarWinds at certification@solarwinds.com.

I haven't seen any mail from certification.solarwinds.com with my results or from badgecert.com with my badge. Is the Certification team on vacation?

We are looking into an issue where some testers did not receive their results.  Hopefully, we will have this sorted out today.  I apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

Well, it seems that the problem was not solved today and nobody is interested in answering my emails. I thank you for the attention. I will have to be patient to have the answer in an indefinite time.
