I passed the SAM Exam through PSI Wednesday (11/23). I have not yet received an email with my certification email.

Our US offices were closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. It generally takes 3 business days to receive results from our testing vendor. You should receive a notice of your results in the next few days. Please follow up with us via email at certification@solarwinds.com.

I still have not received my certification results.  I sent an email to the email you provided but have not heard back as of yet.  I am still assuming that it is because of the holiday but it has now been a week since I took and passed the exam.

I completely understand and I hope things are better there now.  I did not receive any notification today either.  Hopefully everything will get back on track for next week.
