I have passed SolarWinds Arch & design exam on 8th September 2022 but have not received any certificate/result for that till now. Also dropped mail few times to certification@solarwinds.com but getting no response.

My registered email ID with PSI account and BadgeCert account: rahulrawat9813@gmail.com

Exam Confirmation Number: R107419540

Can someone please let me know the process of getting certificate.
