Question about MSMQ and SQLite

Question

The Diagnostics and Troubleshooting SCP Study Guide lists section 1.4.11, which says, "Recognize the difference between MSMQ and SQLite". Later in the document where specific URLs are listed where one can find information on each study topic, there is no such link for this topic. 
 I googled "compare MSMQ and SQLite" and got no hits. I fact, it seems that "comparing" the two is meaningless. Can anyone tell me what is meant by this study topic and perhaps point me to SolarWinds documentation on the topic?

This particular section does not have many public facing documentation due to product releases around the time of the exam update. You can try the below listed source.

I believe what this is trying to tell you is "There are queueing mechanisms, and we're not using MSMQ after orion 2020.2.6" Prior to that MSMQ used to be a thing that could fill up and mess with your platform. At which point you might get some relief restarting/holding the job or collector service. Now if your platform gets gummed up I guess check SQLlite and RabbitMQ
