Question about MSMQ and SQLite

The Diagnostics and Troubleshooting SCP Study Guide lists section 1.4.11, which says, "Recognize the difference between MSMQ and SQLite". Later in the document where specific URLs are listed where one can find information on each study topic, there is no such link for this topic.

I googled "compare MSMQ and SQLite" and got no hits. I fact, it seems that "comparing" the two is meaningless. Can anyone tell me what is meant by this study topic and perhaps point me to SolarWinds documentation on the topic?

This particular section does not have many public facing documentation due to product releases around the time of the exam update. You can try the below listed source.

The release notes for 2020.2.6 have an entry that says, "Collector and JobEngine are now using SQLite instead of MS SQL CE for internal cache (SDF files)."

However, what does that have to do with MSMQ? The SCP exam prep asks about the "difference between MSMQ and SQLite". That seems like a nonsense question. Any help here? I cannot Google any information comparing MSMQ and SQLite.
