If have found the if those objects are text boxes they will move.
To get around this I add an additional label to an object with the text I want to display, then move that label to where I need it to be…
Not wanting to be the devils advocate, I personally would start moving to Orion Maps instead of Network Atlas. The depreciation notice is set and it will eventually be removed.
We should organise a live twitch session on dashboards sometime. I love messing with images and designing dashboards based around the old bitmap brothers art. Anyone remember Gods? "Into the wonderful…

Orion maps is way better than network atlas. You can always switch off snap to grid completely in network atlas. I often used to do that.
Is there a converter of network atlas maps to Orion maps or do we recreate in Orion maps?
Unfortunately there is no converter. You need to recreate them. It might be a good time to review the Maps and maybe throw out unneeded ones and create new ones.
This would be a useful feature request. I would also like SolarWinds to be able to understand rubbish architecture diagrams, make sense of them and work out which nodes are relevant and apply suitable thresholds based upon the application, then we wouldn't need an app team to tell us.
making sense of rubbish. now, there's a good feature request :)
Would save me a lot of meetings, might also put me out of a job though...
How do you switch off snap to grid?
This is to turn off snap to grid in Orion Maps, is there a way to turn of snap to grid in Network Atlas?
In Atlas you either have a grid or you don't.
Thank you sir
