To send a private message on THWACK, the recipient needs to be your friend. For more on how to request friendship with someone, review the video in [Creating Content]
- Get to your messages by clicking the envelope in the top right corner of your screen
- To start a new message, click the “new” button towards the top left of the page
- In the bar above the message screen, start typing the username of the person you’re trying to reach
- Write your message and hit enter to send
- You can also choose to uncheck the enter to send option
- Your messages will show up on the left hand list for your to see!
- If you're on somebody's profile and want to send a message straight from there, click the connect button and select "Send a private message"
