We'd really like to be able to merge multiple tickets at once, without needing to open each ticket individually.
As an example, someone will send an email to multiple recipients, one of which is the Help Desk. The recipients then Reply All to the original email, which has no ticket number. This quicly creates a large number of new tickets, all of which are actually a single, related, issue. Right now, you have to open up each of these tickets, then merge it in to the original. What we'd like to be able to do instead is select all of the replies at once, and do a bulk merge in to the original.
