Allow the Default Sender Details to have a Reply-To address different from the sender address.
Many mailboxes treat members of a group email as part of the same rules for email forwards. If the email comes from my team and people reply an alert rule to that email, all my own emails also get filtered by that alert.
Having a Reply-To address means we can send from a non-group alert email, but have any replies for help come back to our team email without causing our individual emails to get captured in an Alert rule.
