Add ability to Schedule Volume Maintenance

Not a bad idea, but you can reach your goal (to prevent unneeded alert) by setting a volume custom property to a specific value before you start the automated process (e. g. by powershell). In the alert you can use this property in the trigger conditions to exclude such volumes. When the process finishes the property must be cleared.
