Add a delete and edit button to the Nodes Notes Widget

I would like to request a delete button for old notes and an edit button for stale notes that could be updated for the Nodes Notes Widget.  The only way to do this now is from the database and our NOC does not have access to the database for such changes.  I noticed this was requested about 4 years ago, but did not look like it had gotten any traction, so I am requesting it again in hopes it can be added to improve the functionality of this widget.
