Fedex seem to have 'lost' my store order

Hi Thwack people,

My Thwack Store order has been stuck with Fedex for a month now. I have finally got a status update and the items have disappeared - all they have is an empty box.

They have advised me to contact you to claim for the lost goods and resend the shipment.

I have tried contacting you a few times by email but received no reply so maybe stuck in a Spam folder somewhere.

Can you please look into this.
