No response after passing the SCP Exam

Hello Team,

I passed the SCP NPM Exam the 16 August. So far I have not yet received an email for the score report and/or certification. I already send an email to certification@solarwinds.com and I still haven't got response .

I was able to see my score after finishing the exam. And it's higher than the minimum required (70/100)...

Please who can help me ?

It takes approximately 3 business days to receive exam results from our vendor. We then send an email with your results and next steps. You should receive that email from certification@solarwinds.com today or Monday.
