Do SolarWinds support lift and shift scenarios from on-premises to Azure migration?

My current company did something similar about 3 years ago towards GCP.  Built new VM's, shut down the old stuff, installed the modules,  a few SQL adjustments and run the configuration wizard. 

I've done a good number of migrations over the years,  these days its something I usually expect to do in about 6 hours with less than 30m of monitoring downtime when I cut over. 

The biggest gotcha that I've seen with cloud vendors is disk performance.   Make sure you really understand the fine print around disk size/throughput/io and how the vendor will handle throttling,  because Orion,  especially the db, is pretty demanding on storage.
