Server SolarWinds Problem Network

Hello Everyone,

Current, i having problem network with SolarWinds. I reinstall SolarWinds but remain the same.

download new source.
install new server windows 2019 std.
install SolarWinds.
ping server SolarWinds new : "request time out" but SolarWinds new ping to local ok.

I checked event log but don't see any event at all.

Pls help me!

I have had the same problem because of two things:

Your corporate firewall does not allow pings to external addresses. (your test to Google's DNS servers)

Windows Firewall is enabled by default on all Windows Servers, which blocks pings.
