We’re launching a new content area in thwack- Thwack Academy. The goal is to pull all the various education resources on thwack into a common hub, to make it easy to find the most up-to-date how to and tutorial information all in one place. But, we want to make sure we get your feedback on how you’d like to see it organized. The technical name for this process is a “card sort”, and the window to participate closes Jan 2nd.
We’ve set up a tool on optimalworkshop.com that lets you drag and drop content types from a menu on the left, into buckets on the right. Click here http://ows.io/os/s8ydhe01 to start.
On the left side are content types, for example “Career Education” or “SolarWinds Lab”. On the right side at the top are section placeholders. The process is easy, simply drag content from the left into the section you think it belongs in on the right. Remember that the sections included are placeholders and you can use them if they make sense or you can create your own containers. To do that just drag a content box into the blank area on the right and it will create a new section. Change its label to whatever you like and you’re good to go.
