Kiwi Syslog - Server Console Inaccessible

Application: Kiwi Syslog 9.7.1

We can access the web console for Kiwi Syslog without any issues, however, when we try to access the Server Console we now get an error message.  We are currently running the application on two servers, 1 of which has the load balancing but can not access the console on either.    

The only support doc I can find indicates that we need to upgrade to 9.7.2 and this was supposedly rectified in March 2021, however we have been able to access the console after; just not now.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so what did they do to resolve it.
