Is payment required for purchase?
No, store purchases are made using ONLY your earned THWACK points.
I’ve added the items I want to my cart. Why can’t I proceed with checkout?
If you don’t have enough points to complete your purchase, you will need to adjust the items in your cart or wait until you’ve earned enough points to cover your order to complete your purchase.
I see my points total went down after my purchase, will that affect my leaderboard status or my badges?
No, the leaderboard does not take points into consideration, and you will not lose your badges.
What countries do you ship to?
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Philippines, Singapore, United Kingdom, and the United States are currently the only countries we ship to.
My points were deducted, but I don't live in any of the eligible countries for shipping. How can I get my points back?

How soon will I receive my item?
After your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive your item within 7-10 business days. If an item is on backorder, you may not be notified automatically. You will receive your item, but it may take up to 30 days to restock the item.
How do I purchase an item from the store?
You'll be presented with a list of products you're able to purchase. After clicking the “add to Cart” a pop-up will appear to let you know the item is in your cart, if you want to add more things to your cart, just exit the pop-up and continue adding to your cart, if you’re ready to check out, click the “Checkout” button.
Why can’t I purchase any greyed out items?
Only a THWACK MVP can purchase the item(s) with the special THWACK MVP Only banner. If you’d like to learn more about how to become a THWACK MVP, go here.
I’ve purchased an SCP voucher, now what?
Once you’ve provided which exam you’d like to take, your company, your address information, and you finally check out, you will receive an order confirmation. Our team will send your exam voucher within 1-2 business days (SolarWinds holidays excluded) of checking out.
How do I purchase multiple SCP vouchers?
You are only able to have one SCP voucher per order. If you’d like to purchase multiple SCP vouchers, you can place an order for each exam voucher you’d like.
What do I do if my order is damaged or missing?
If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us by email customerservice@brandfuel.freshdesk.com immediately!
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive to its destination, please contact Brand Fuel Customer Service at customerservice@brandfuel.freshdesk.com within 30 days of your purchase. At that time, we will initiate an investigation, and either refund or replace your order. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments after 30 days due to carrier policies.
