Support - Account Locked

I cant find where to contact support about my account being locked.  There was a contact admin button somewhere, but it was taking me to a page that didnt exist.

    If you are concerned about solarwinds webconsole account i can help it is plain and simple 
    you may RDP to solarwinds Main poling engine server open the database manager and find accounts there you will find your no of accounts created you may select admin account row and delete it after that you may run the configuration wizard and after succeffully completing you will redirect ot the webconsole page where you are ask to create a new solarwinds admin account password.
