Hi dad0209  what account is locked? You're posting on Thwack so not that account. 

As a test, i'm trying to comment here.

I wastrying to post an issue since yesterday, i tried multiple times but i don't know why i'm unable to do any post related to any issue. still i'm trying to post on issue, but still showing like as shown below screenshot.

If you are concerned about solarwinds webconsole account i can help it is plain and simple 
you may RDP to solarwinds Main poling engine server open the database manager and find accounts there you will find your no of accounts created you may select admin account row and delete it after that you may run the configuration wizard and after succeffully completing you will redirect ot the webconsole page where you are ask to create a new solarwinds admin account password.
