Am I the only one that has noticed an increase in spam accounts on THWACK specially about Surrogacy

I too, getting the same and setting notifications on mute.

Key is not to reply to those threads. By replying, you make them more „prominent“ on the platform. Report as abusive and when enough people are reporting it, it’s easier to block.

Yes I keep spotting them too. Very annoying. They don't even buy licenses. How do they get past the user  registration?

SeizureGman - We have a spam moderation tool in place that flags these posts but no tool is perfect and will catch every single piece of spam, especially in a forum environment as large as THWACK is. We appreciate your patience while we're down a few staff members and work to flag these as soon as possible. As I mentioned, we have a lot of forum spaces, so if you see something, please take a few seconds to Report As Abusive on the post. This will hit our moderation queue and make the post no longer viewable.

Hello there sorry my post wasn't intended to have a go at the staff who work hard to maintain the community as you guys and ladies are doing an amazing job it was more just a general vent which really was uncalled for.

No worries! Your comment is totally valid and annoying for us as well. We've flagged the issue to our internal teams to hopefully get this under control.
