Points not received

This was covered on the survey and you might have missed it. Everyone who completes the survey and enters their THWACK username will be rewarded 5,000 THWACK points to use in the store, valid for any redemption you like, after April 22, 2024.   

The survey runs through end of day April 19, 2024. Once closed, the THWACK team will be compiling the participants and will then begin processing points after April 22, 2024.

Great question.  If you completed the survey by May 3, we'll award you 1,500 THWACK® points! As a bonus, complete the survey by April 26, and we'll grant you an additional 1,500 points for a total of 3,000 points. All points will be awarded after the survey closes.  One survey per username. Multiple attempts to take the survey will not result in multiple points being granted with same username. 

We are in the process of compiling the results and accounting for all eligible participants.

THWACK points will be processed within 2-3 business days after the survey close date (May 3, 2024).   

Earned points should begin appearing within the platform, for approved participants, 24-48 hours after they are processed and uploaded into the THWACK community platform.

Don’t forget to add to your favorites, this years THWACKcamp 2024 On-Demand page and review the additional resources associated to the amazing sessions this year!

Got it I think I’m missing 1500 bonus  points as I only receive 1500 and I did survey before April 26 can you look into it and let me know thanks

All points should process within the next 24 hours.  We had a backlog to cover with THWACKcamp, surveys, and advocacy programs.  It was a bunch of cats to herd - as is typical in IT.

Hi KMSigma.SWI , have all the points been processed now? I attended SWUG London and completed the survey within the timeframe but points haven't updated yet.

I've just checked and it should process this evening during the overnight.  Not sure the reason for the delay, but I'll investigate.
